The Peer Success Coaching (PSC) Program provides UNA undergraduate students with an opportunity to meet one-on-one with a trained coach. Peer Success Coaches support students as they navigate the college environment and learn to succeed academically, socially, and personally.

Semester Program: You're matched and assigned a personal PSC for the entire semester You'll have consistent one-on-one meetings with your PSC You'll sign a coaching agreement that outlines program expectations and guidelines Interested in being paired with a PSC for the semester? Complete our short request form below:

One Time/Drop In: Meet one-on-one with a professional staff member to discuss study skills, time management, goal setting, accountability, or other ways to help you stay successful One time meetings last around 15-30 minutes No application required No semester-long contract Drop in during regular office hours to be worked into our schedule, or schedule a meeting to reserve a time with .

Our student success workshops provide interactive, small-group presentations for students of any level or discipline who want to develop their academic success skills. Workshops are led by University Success Center staff.

UNA’s ARM Program provides personalized guidance and resources to help students overcome academic challenges. We empower students to regain confidence, develop effective study habits, and achieve their full potential, ensuring success throughout their educational journey.

Important Information:

• Students with an academic standing of Warning, Probation, or Suspension are required to participate in the ARM program.
• Students will be enrolled in a 0-credit Canvas course. They will receive information via UNA email on how to accept the course invitation. Completion of the course is required to lift the ARM hold on your student profile.
